Delete your DocsReach account
DocsReach is a patient app provided by DOCSREACH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. You can delete your account and its data at any time, either in the app or by contacting us.
Option 1: delete in the app
- Open the DocsReach app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete Account again.
You are signed out on all your devices straight away and can no longer sign in to the deleted account.
Option 2: request deletion without the app
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email support@docsreach.com with the subject "Account deletion request". Please send it from the email address saved in your DocsReach profile if you added one, and include:
- the mobile phone number you use to sign in to DocsReach;
- your full name as it appears in your profile;
- a clear statement that you want your account and its data deleted.
To protect your account, we will verify that the request comes from the account holder — for example by sending a one-time code to your registered phone number — before we delete anything. We will confirm once your account has been deleted. Never send us your one-time password (OTP) or any card or bank details.
You can also call us or write to us at our registered office:

What is deleted
Deleting your account removes:
- your account and sign-in (mobile number), and your profile — name, date of birth, gender, address, emergency contact, email address, blood group and preferred language;
- your health information — allergies, conditions, medications and health notes;
- health records and files you uploaded;
- family members you added, including their details and health information;
- your appointment and queue history and the reasons for visit you entered;
- health questions, support messages and feedback you sent;
- medication reminders and push-notification device tokens.
What is kept, and for how long
- Your account is closed and you are signed out immediately. Your data is then permanently deleted within 30 days.
- Payment and invoice records are kept longer only where required by law (for example tax and accounting records), and only for as long as that law requires. Card, UPI and bank details are never stored by DocsReach — they are handled by our payment processor, Razorpay.
- Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Health records you uploaded are deleted with your account, so keep your own copies of any you want to retain before you delete it.
Read our full Privacy Policy for more about how we handle your data.
