Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using DocsReach, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. DocsReach is provided by DOCSREACH TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, Registered Office: Village and P.O. Rukunpur, Tati Para, Rukunpur, Murshidabad, West Bengal – 742166, India.

The service

We may add, change or remove features over time, and the service may occasionally be unavailable, for example during maintenance. Doctor and clinic schedules shown in the app are set by the clinics and may change.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in access secure. You must provide accurate information when creating a profile or adding a family member, and you confirm you are authorized to manage the health information of any family member you add.

DocsReach helps you find and book appointments with healthcare providers; it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns, and contact emergency services directly in an emergency.
